Andor Episode 5: The Axe forgets

After 5 episodes we have been doing a lot of “world building”. Sure we have had our share of action and story pushes, but now we are getting to the meat of the story.

And oh yea,, this is one of those slow burners. Thus making Andor feel more akin to the long plots of Rebels or Clone.

All the plots, main and sub keep chugging along. None of the hand holding, or weak fanboy call outs that wreck any kind immersion. You either follow along or start rewatching. This is sooo refreshing.

Speaking of subplots. Nothing so far has been ignored. None of the smaller plots take over the Cassian main line, but yet never feel like they are nothing. The Mon Mothma and the Imperial Karn plots, stay on the back burner, but keep plugging along and keep everything pointed on a central direction.

There will be much much more of the Mon Mothra and Karn stories thats for sure. and oh i can wait for the Luthen “reveal” I got my suspicions,, I think he has a bigger plot than just an antiques dealer.
