(lost post) What is happening here?

Well, I found this post sitting in drafts. Apparently never posted, but it looks like it was ready to be.
It’s a pretty good marker of where I was in the WandaVision show at the time.
So let’s go ahead and get this posted up, and I will continue my assessment at the bottom…..

Alright. I’m late to the party, and don’t pay total attention to the MCU.
I’m on episode 2 of Wandavision.

What the hell is happening here? And why are they trying to shove off the psycho, mass murdering, (multiple time mass murderer) necromancer Wanda as a good person?
Is this supposed to be some sort of House of M? Or a second version of it after Infinity War.
Obviously its mind/reality game. But is she doing it herself, or is it just happening in her head?
I’m so late though I’m sure this has all been answered somewhere, or been revealed on screen, by now.
If not… Not sure how much more I can take.

(Hello there. Welcome back to now)
WandaVision was one of those shows that I’m not sure I would have watched if it were not for the social media talking and talking and talking about it.
I’m not, or wasn’t a big MCU fan at the time and the previews and trailers didn’t make it look very appealing.
It took 3 episodes before I had interest. I honestly don’t know how I lasted through the first 3. But then the show became… Interesting.
I still wasn’t sure what the hell was going on, but things started happening, a mystery of sorts was unfolding. You could tell there was peices of a puzzle being given, even if you didn’t know what you supposed be solving.
And I think that was what got me starting to like it and invest a little.
But not knowing much about this Universe became a problem later on.
For those who keep up with the Avengers, the Thors, and the other Marvel movies, the ending probably made much more sense. But not so much to me.
I mean from self-contained material the ending did mostly satisfy the immediate questions of what Wanda was doing and even pointed to a bit of back lore.
But it sure felt like we missed a huge portion of… something.
Overall I thought the short series was very good. Paced right and didn’t waste it’s time on fluff. But that being said, a little setup for the newcomers would have been a huge help.
